Applications not being downloaded from play store

There is a line coming continuously to download but its not starting to download. This is the most common error in play store and we all must have faced this issue. We wait for a very longer period of time for apps to download but it doesn't start. We got a solution for you.

Solution : 

• Go to settings - Application Manager - ALL - Download manager - clear data.
• Go to settings - Application Manager - ALL - Google Play Store - clear data.
• Now go back to play store and download any application it will start downloading.
