Phone dead

If your phone is dead its not working at all. There could be so many reasons for this like :

• Mobile could have fallen
• There could have been water inside mobile.
• High voltage and could have damaged PBA (Motherboard) of phone.
• Battery could have been discharged to very lower level.

So before visiting service center you can try the following steps :

1. Try charging it with charger and leave it for like an hour. The question comes , Why you need to do this? Sometimes what happens is your phone was discharged completely and switched by its own so it doesn't turn on. So you need to charge it and then try turning on the phone.
2. Or can try charging with other charger.
3. Remove battery and re-insert it. And then press power button for little longer time.
4. Try pressing power button & volume down button.
5. If all these fails then visit service center to repair your handset.
