There is sound coming while touching on screen and Unable to unlock screen lock

Sometimes you face this issue that there is sound coming while touching on screen or you are unable to unlock phone as it says to double tap. So we are not able to understand what is this problem. If you are facing this issue it means that there is a feature named TALKBACK which is activated in your phone. So how to deactivate this talkback ?

SOLUTION

• Suppose right now you are on phone's lock screen now to deactivate pattern lock or pin code. So wherever you are required to tap single time tap twice like double click mouse for your PC. And wherever your required one finger to slide or scroll use two fingers. Suppose you want to unlock pin and your not able to select 2 so tap twice on 2 it will be selected. and in case of pattern lock double tap on first bubble to select it and slide using two fingers to draw your pattern. 
• After unlocking phone double tap on apps and then double tap on settings.
• In settings scroll down using two fingers and double tap on accessibility and then look for TALKBACK and double tap to open it. And then double tap on green button or you will get to know from where to turn off and double tap to turn off. 

Your problem will be solved. Now you can use your phone normally.

There is one other type of problem like while you are sliding the pages and there is sound like one page , two page etc. and you check talkback its turned off. Now what to do?
