Why ?
=> Primary reason for this problem is that caller-id is not active from network provider side or you can say that problem might be from side of Vodafone, Idea, Airtel etc. So need to check with them first.

Solution :
- Check any app regarding caller id if there then uninstall it.
- Go to Phone app -> call settings -> additional settings -> caller id -> Set to Network Default
- If issue not resolved, then need to visit Service center and need to reflash software of your phone.
