Notification icon of whatsapp/ Call Logs / Messages is not going even after reading msgs

What does this mean?

Suppose you receive a message in WhatsApp and when you read the message then notification icon from these Apps is gone but sometimes there is this problem that notification icon doesn't go from these Apps even after reading messages and restarting phone .And the same thing happens with call logs if we receive miss call of someone and after looking it, notification doesn't go. And we restart phone and we can't clear data of whatsapp because there are important messages. So what to do? Hey! we got solution for you and its very simple. This below picture may explain you the problem.

Solution :

• Go to settings -> Application Manager -> All - > Badge Provider - > Clear data.
• Now come back to whatsapp or call log or messages and see there won't be any notification.

Also you can face other issue which is vice versa of this i.e. you are not getting any sort of notification in call logs, whatsapp or wherever required so what's the solution again follow the same steps ( Go to settings -> Application Manager -> All - > Badge Provider - > Clear data.). And for sure your problem will be resolved.
