Screen Lock options not highlighted

This problem is very common and generally people reset phone for this issue but it has very simple solution.
In this type of problem when you try to set security of lock screen such as Set pin, password or pattern etc. these options are not highlighted and it shows disabled by device administrator. Now follow below steps to use lock on your phone.

Solution :

• Goto settings - security.
• Now look for the option clear credential. And tap on this option.
• Now go back to Lock screen option now you will be able to use the lock options and can set any type of security.
